DoorMetrics is an App that turns your iPhone or iPod into a commercial use ID Scanner! Use the built-in camera on your iPhone* or iPod Touch* to scan the barcode on ID’s and driver’s licenses. For high volume ID scanning required by most bars and clubs, connect one of our recommended barcode scanners. In our testing we were able to achieve about 1500-2000 ID scans per hour** The scanned ID data can be used to stay in contact with your customers or give your managers a quick breakdown of your crowds statistics. Additionally, you can collect email addresses, phone numbers and type up notes about your guests (great for incident reports, details about your VIP customers or to build a database, etc).
